Your Report: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use your Report for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or use your Report for commercial purposes beyond your own business without our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute Reports without written authorization;

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXAFLOW'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC REPORT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexaFlow Analytics and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will attempt to notify you by email.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
