We stand behind the quality of every report. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

Who This Policy Applies To

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of market intelligence reports made through nexaflowanalytics.com. It covers both the Pro ($49) and Investor ($99) report plans.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of your purchase date;
  • You contact us at info@nexaflowanalytics.com with your order details (email address used at purchase and order/transaction ID if available).

We do not require you to provide a reason for your refund request, though your feedback is always appreciated so we can improve.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email info@nexaflowanalytics.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Include the email address you used to purchase your report.
  3. Include your transaction ID or order confirmation number if available.

We will process your refund request within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Requests Outside the 14-Day Window

Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund under our standard policy. However, if you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your report, please contact us and we will review your case individually.

Technical Issues & Failed Report Delivery

If you paid but did not receive your report due to a technical error on our side, you are entitled to either a regenerated report at no additional cost or a full refund, regardless of the 14-day window. Contact us immediately at info@nexaflowanalytics.com.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Chargebacks that are initiated without prior contact, and that are found to be unwarranted, may affect your ability to use our service in the future.
